That the Prescott Police Services Board move into Closed Session at 5:09 p.m. to address matters pertaining to: 13.1 Approval of Closed Session Minutes 13.2 Identifiable Individual Under Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and That the CAO, Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Manager of Building and By-law Services, representatives from the O.P.P and A1 Taxi remain in the room.
