That the agenda for the Planning Advisory Committee meeting of September 26, 2023, be approved as presented.

That the Planning Advisory Committee minutes dated June 1, 2023, be accepted as presented.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve in full, the CIP application for 991 Industrial Rd. – Little Barcelona, at a maximum amount of $26,000 in grant funding, up to $200,000 in loan funding, in addition to the Permit Fees and Tax Increment Grant, under the Employment Lands Area.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve in full, the CIP application for 135 Prescott Centre Drive – Quality Inn Hotel, at a maximum amount of $19,000 in grant funding, up to $100,000 in loan funding, and amount to be determined for the Permit Fees and Tax Increment Grant; under the Brownfield & Employment Lands Areas.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve the CIP application in full, for 202, 206 and 210 King St. W – Keyworth Properties, at a maximum amount of $66,000 in property improvement grant funding, up to $300,000 in loan funding, and amount to be determined for the Permit Fees and Tax Increment Grant: under the Downtown Core/RiverWalk District Area.
