That the agenda for the Planning Advisory Committee meeting of May 8, 2024, be approved as presented.

That the Planning Advisory Committee minutes dated January 31, 2024, be accepted as presented.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve Community Improvement Plan application #2024-07 for 490 Centre St./172 Dibble St. W. (St. John’s Anglican Church), under the Heritage Conservation Area, to a maximum of $8,000 in non-repayable property improvement grant funding.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve Community Improvement Plan application # 2024-08 for 100-120 King St. E, under the Downtown Area, to a maximum of $22,000 in non-repayable property improvement grant funding and a maximum of $100,000 in loan funding repayable at 0% not exceeding 50% of eligible costs, up to the greater of $1,000 or 10% of applicable permit fees, and an amount to be determined under the Tax Increment Grant category.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve Community Improvement Plan application # 2024-09 for 305 King St. W Unit 3, under the Downtown Area, to a maximum of $22,000 in non-repayable property improvement grant funding and up to the greater of $1,000 or 10% of applicable permit fees.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve Community Improvement Plan amended application #2023-02 for 135 Prescott Centre Drive – Quality Inn Hotel in an amount to be determined under the Brownfields Area Tax Increment Grant Incentive.

That the Planning Advisory Committee approve Community Improvement Plan amended application #2024-04 for 119 King St. W under the Downtown Area, to a maximum of $22,000 in non-repayable property improvement grant funding.
