Prescott Heritage Committee

That the agenda for the Prescott Heritage Committee meeting of January 22, 2026, be approved as presented.

That the Prescott Heritage Committee minutes dated November 6, 2025, be accepted as presented.

That Staff be directed to remove 157 Dibble Street from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value.

THAT Staff be directed to bring back the draft designation bylaw, incorporating any feedback from the Prescott Heritage Committee to a future meeting for final discussion and consideration for the property 320 Dibble Street West; AND THAT Staff be directed to notifiy and invite the potential designation property owners to that meeting.

That Staff be directed to remove 172 Dibble Street from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 495 King Street West from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to bring back the draft designation bylaw, incorporating any feedback from the Prescott Heritage Committee to a future meeting for final discussion and consideration for the property 186-198 King Street West; AND That Staff be directed to notify and invite the potential designation property owners to that meeting.

That Staff be directed to remove 202-214 King Street West from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 281 Dibble Street from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 171 Dibble Street from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 691 Water Street from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 218-224 King Street West from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That Staff be directed to remove 253 King Street West from the List of Properties with Heritage Interest and Value

That the Prescott Heritage Committee meeting be adjourned. (6:13 p.m.)
