THAT the Planning Advisory Committee recommends to Council: THAT the application for a zoning by-law amendment (File Number ZBA-2026-001) for the property at 490 Jessup Street to change the current zoning of the property to establish Health and Wellness Uses for the former school building and lot and to recognize future residential uses and development on future parcels through the consent application process, be approved; AND THAT an amending by-law be presented to Council for consideration.
