That the Planning Advisory Committee recommend that Council approve the proposed Site Plan application SPC 2021-05 subject to the following conditions: The balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, (and any local improvement charges, if applicable) shall be paid to the Town. That a construction phasing plan that is acceptable to the Town and addresses the parking for staff and contractors throughout the construction project. That the site plan agreement of the lands, shall registered and be submitted to the Town.
