THAT the Planning Advisory Committee grant a variance to Section 9.1 of By-law 16-2019 (Sign By-Law) for the proposed ground sign at 1000 Edward Street, Prescott to permit a sign with a height of 4.5 meters (14’9”) and face dimension of 2.8 meters (9’3”) because the general intent and purpose of the by-law are maintained.
