COUNCIL AGENDA

That the Council minutes dated January 27, 2025, be accepted as presented.

That all items listed under the Consent Reports section of the agenda be accepted as presented.

That Staff be directed to give notice of Council's intent to designate the following properties as being of cultural heritage value or interest pursuant to Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act , R.S.O: 490 Centre Street 425 Centre Street

That Council direct the Mayor to sign and execute the Joint Party Agreement for Healthcare Recruitment as outlined in Staff Report 06-2025.

That Council approve up to $16,700 from the Building Reserve Fund to be used to replace the existing unit for the Town Hall 2 nd Floor Grand Room.

That Council move into Closed Session at 7:15 p.m. to discuss matters pertaining to: 19.1 Approval of Closed Session Minutes (January 27, 2025) 19.2 Purchase & Sale Under Section 239(2)(c) under the Municipal Act - a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; and That the CAO/Treasurer, Director of Administration/Clerk, Economic Development Officer, and Deputy Clerk remain in the room.

That By-Law 08-2025, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on February 3, 2025, be read and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, and sealed by the seal of the Corporation.

That the meeting be adjourned to Tuesday, February 18, 2025. (Time: 7:35 p.m.)

That the agenda for the Council meeting of February 3, 2025, be approved as presented.
