THAT Council move into Closed Session at 8:17 p.m. to discuss matters pertaining to: 4.1 Council Refresher Training Under Section 239(3.1) under the Municipal Act - education and training - specifically council refresher training; AND That the Municipal Solicitor, Chief Administrative Officer/Treasurer, Director of Operations, Manager of Community Services, Manager of Economic Development and Tourism, Fire Chief, Director of Administration/Clerk and Deputy Clerk remain in the room.
